R&D Manager/Head - Chemicals/Paints (10-15 yrs)
Position: R&D Manager/ Head
About Company: Our client is a German Paint manufacturer with more than 110 years of experience in the development and production of high quality finishing systems.
Product Portfolio: General Plastics Coatings, Glass Coatings, Automotive Plastic Coatings, Domestic Appliance Coatings, Sports and Leisure Coatings.
Key Responsibility areas:
- Developing and manufacturing advanced coating systems for substrates of plastic, glass, wood and metal.
- Development of new product systems for plastic parts per customer's specification & requirements.
- Evaluation of alternate raw materials like pigment, resin, solvents and additives in Standard products for product up gradation/ improvement.
- Providing technical Services to customers.
- Support for supervision& demonstration of new product at Manufacturing Center.
- Expertise in developing Base coats for Plastic paints / plastic parts
Experience and Education:
- More than 10 years of experience in Plastic Paint Industry for Automotive and consumer durable industry.
- BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Chemical /Paint Technology
