- Technical Skills pertaining to handling R &D equipments
Preferred :
- Knowledge of Competitors and their products
- Knowledge of Market, Territory
Experience : Experience in New Product Development in PET ( Poly Ethylene Terephthalate,& PBT ( Poly Butylene Terephthalate ) of at least 12 to 15 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identification of new colours with the help of Marketing Team
- Development of new colours
- Coordination with the TSD and Marketing Team
- Identifying cause of Customer Complaint
- Help in resolution
- Adherence to Health & Safety Rules & Regulations
- New projects as identified by the Management
