Position : Officer R& D - Resin
Job description :
- Synthesis of R&D lab batches (New product and modifications).
- Scaling up the new products and product modifications at plant level.
- Verification of new raw material introduces & verification of new raw material sources by conducting lab trials.
- To reduce the record able incidences by effective implementation of EHS rule
- Preparation and standardization of lab reagents.
- Maintain the good housekeeping at work place.
- Worked on synthesis of acrylic resin, polyester, polyamide and application
Desired Profile :
- Person Require from chemical industry having Minimum 4 - 8 years of experience. :
- B. Tech. (Paint), M. Tech Paint / Polymer, M. Sc. Polymer / Organic, B. Sc. + DPT with specific core knowledge and exposure in Resin Categories
- Scale of new design
- Coordination within R & D activities and Production site (Factories).
- Should have exposure of Alkyd Resin, Saturated Polyester, Modified Resin, Acrylic Resin, MF - Resin etc
