PERSONNEL JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Responsibility of all Raw Material CWH and warehouse related activities

- From receipt of material to dispensing of material as per cGMP

- Perpetual monthly stock verification

- Complete the process of Rejection and destruction as per standard procedure

- Ensuring Safety standards as per company policy

RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional

- Verification of Raw Material from approved source as per SOP during receipt

- Ensuring Dispensing as per procedure with or without DMS

- Maintain hygiene and cleaning in the RM WH across different areas like dispensing booth and sampling booth and maintain record as per standard procedure.

- Complete Process of Rejection, destruction and reconciliation of raw material

- Physical verification of stock on monthly basis

- Co- ordinate to Production and Quality during Dispensing

- Focus on reducing wastages/Spillages during dispensing by implementing cGMP

- Ensure safety during handling of material, if needed use or make other's to use PPE

- Follow Good warehouse practices ensuring safety while issuing/receiving/shifting/dispensing/cleaning in WH .

- Adhering to Company's Policies and Audit compliances

Cross Functional

Timely communication and co-operation with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operation

Regular Co-ordination& engagement with other sections (RM, PM and FG) of warehouse and departments like Planning, Logistics, Quality, Production, Finance, EHS, Engineering

Others

- Provide cost effective suggestion within the department

- Control on consumables and wastages

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION :

Graduation, at least 3-4 year of experience in pharma industry

- In the absence of the role holder, either a person in the similar role or the person he is reporting to shall be responsible.
