Regional Maintenance Manager - West ( Will be responsible for entire West region) Location: Bhiwandi (will cover other locations in west as well)

Designation: Regional Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

- Maintenance lead is responsible for vehicle quality for all the vehicles services/inspected in their region.

- Involves managing Ashok Leyland, JK Tyres and other vendors to ensure vehicles are well maintained.

- He is responsible to ensure quality compliance of vehicle inspection, scheduled service & repairs that take place at Hub.

- He is also responsible to deal with different third party vendors to get estimates for repair and ensure the work is done within the target turnaround time & cost.

- He leads the maintenance activities of vehicles at the Hub and is the company's field operations intermediator between Head office and field Ops.

- He is also responsible for driving vehicle modification activities. Maintaining, tracking and placing order for Rivigo stock of vehicle float items.

- He is responsible if any vehicle breakdowns in his region

Position Requirement:

- BTech with 5-6 years- experience Or Diploma with 8-10 years- experience in maintenance/Service at top manufacturing companies.

- Hands on experience working in Automobile maintenance /Service

- Managerial skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to get quality work done from vendors & staff.

- Bias for action, ability to sustain in a high pressure environment & is smart enough to get work done from anyone at any cost.

- Technical Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control & Service.

- Tech Focus: Proficient in Microsoft excel, PowerPoints & Word.

- Preference for Locals or ones that are ready to shift to the deployment location

- Bilingual English/Local dialect required; able to read, write and understand instructions in English
