Regional Manager - Operations - East - IIT/IIM (6-12 yrs)
Education :
- B.Tech/MBA - From Tier 1 Institutes Only (IIT/IIM)
Core Responsibilities :
Operations leadership role.
- Overall PnL responsibility for the region
- Operational Unit set up and expansion in the region initially
- Ensuring cost control and optimization
- Operational excellence and achievement of Operational KPIs
- Execution of operational plans
- Build and mentor the operations team
Professional attributes :
- Experience in having managed and controlled factories in a manufacturing a set up
- Hands on experience of implementing systems and processes
- Experience in improving operational KPIs
- Ability to build, manage, train and coach a large ops team (- 250 people at various levels)
- Ability to handle crisis situations
