Regional (Mauritius & Madagascar) Operations Head (10-18 yrs)

Group is a global knits garment manufacturer based in Mauritius, Madagascar and India.

Role :

The Regional Operations Head role will cover :

- Technical and Pre-Production Department

- Manufacturing Excellence of the garment making factories in Mauritius and Madagascar

- Management of Printing, Embroidery and Washing Facilities

Responsibilities :

The following Dimensions will have to be covered for both Mauritius and Madagascar :

- Customer Satisfaction through Manufacturing Excellence:

- OTIF

- Product Quality

- Manufacturing & Cost KPI's

- Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing

- Industrial Engineering

- Fabric Consumption and Management

- Factory Quality Systems & Reject Rate

- Sampling and Pre-production Management

- Peripherals Management

Minimum required qualifications :

- Engineering Degree

- M. Tech

- B. Tech

- BSc. Textile

- GMT

Work Experience :

- The candidate should have at least 10 years- experience in a similar position

Desired skills :

- Strong Leadership and Man Management skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong technical knowhow in Manufacturing

- The ability to deliver results on plans and commitment
