Real estate client is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for QA, quality audit, quality management,budgeting.
Location : Bangalore
Designation : Regional Head Quality _QA (corporate office-Manager role)
Qualification : Btech/ BE in civil
Industry : Real estate
Compensation : upto 22 lacs
Role :
- This incumbent is responsible for spearheading the Quality initiatives in the Region
- Quality culture and ensure maintaining the Quality standards
- Prepares recommendations on Quality budgets
- Looking after maintaining of quality records as per ISO 9001
- Reviews Contractors Project Quality Plans.
- Ensures that Quality audits are conducted as per Annual Audit Calendar..
- Reviewing of Technical Specifications/BOQ/WMS/PQP/ITP & Materials submitted by Vendors & Principle contractors
- Follow ups on action plan with the project team, Consultants & Other Depts
