Regional Service Manager (7-15 yrs)
Key Job responsibilities :
1. To Manage a team of Area Service Manager/Managers of the respective region.
2. To ensure Dealer Service Profitability.
3. To Ensure Parts sales through the dealership as per the assigned targets.
4. To improving dealer infrastructure.
5. To Ensure AMC business in the area as per the targets.
6. To enhance Service Penetration/Reach.
7. To ensure Service promotional activities are rolled out as per the Business Plan.
8. To Ensure parts inventory at dealerships as per EOR norms.
9. To Enhance Customer Satisfaction by improving service standards.
10. Warranty Settlement & increasing self-certifications.
11. Ensuring feedback to Back-end HQ team through technical reports and failure analysis reports.
12. Excellent Customer Focus & Networking Skills.
Educational Qualifications : BE/B Tech (Premier colleges and 60% and above)
Experience : 7 years of relevant experience in CV industry.
