Renu Robin Design - Estimation Engineer - Billing Operations (4-9 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties : Should be able to take out quantities, analyse rates, negotiate best price for purchase have honesty and integrity. Be good at maths. Should be able to read and understand drawings.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Quantity Surveying, Rate analysis, Preparing BOQ with specification of work
- Preparing work orders on the basis of management approvals, specifications of work and balance Bill of Quantities
- Certifying secured advance against material brought at site
- Certification of Bills of Quantity through Drawing, physical verifications at site, mode of measurement (IS1200)
- Material reconciliation - Checking receiving and consumption of materials (based on cement consumption co- efficient, BBS data, allowable wastage, physical balance etc.),
- Bill of Basic rate difference of Materials
- Preparing cost to complete on monthly basis.
Qualifications and Skills :
Skill : Must have experience in bill of quantity
Civil Engineer/Diploma Holder.
