Required Assistant manager - Maintenance (3-10 yrs)
- Breakdown Maintenance (Trouble Shooting & Repairing) and Preventative Maintenance
- Provide support to the production team to produce superior quality materials that meet/exceed client needs. This role supports the needs of manufacturing and facilities to ensure both are in top working order
- Examines equipment to diagnose & troubleshoot for electrical/mechanical/instrumentation/utilities
- Online check for Complex issues for Ladder / FBD Logic for Siemens S7300 / AB / Mitsubishi PLC and Drives of Type AC/DC
- Prepare Documents and Monthly reports by using TPM Ideology / Key Plant Maintenance Terminology like MTTR/MTBF/Pareto- s/ Various Problem Solving Techniques.
- Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs troubleshooting using standard equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions
- Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency
- Repairs complex electrical equipment, including motors, switches, switchboards, electrical mechanisms, automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, communication systems and alarms
- Prepare & execute the preventative maintenance plan on equipment. Follows a strict preventive maintenance schedule to lessen exposure to downtime related repairs and maintenance.
- Properly inspect and maintain shop equipment, in accordance with OSHA regulation
- To work with engineering, process & production team for installation & commissioning of the new machines and production equipment during expansion or upgrade
- Breakdown support to shift team during odd hours as per requirement
- Cost: Inventory management, Ordering Of parts & Budget control
- Ordering of replacement parts. Requisition new parts and equipment
- Identify & develop new sources of supply for cost control
- Root cause analysis for parts failure and take the preventive measures
- Availability of all critical parts to ensure no loss due to non-availability of spares & consumables
- Maintaining & reporting the expenses at defined frequency
- To ensure no increase in non-moving parts inventory
- Identify label and stage parts for the equipment
- Reports, records, Information, compliances
- Preparation & circulation of the functional reports at defined frequency
- Maintaining the historical data for all future references
- Report shift metrics to capture the performance and/or areas for improvement. (Breakdown - Downtime) (Part Availability)
- Check & closer of findings/observations during EHS & other compliance audits
- Maintaining higher standards of human, work, machine & environmental safety all the time
