Job Role & Responsibility

- Provides engine design related solutions, Implementation of core technical solutions meeting the CTQ targets for engine design projects .

- Building knowhow for engine domain parts/system and their quality parameters identifications.

- Solving the Technical issues encountered during the NPD process.

- Establish and ensuring good correlation between design/transmission/simulation and development team and test results

- Review Drawings, die go's and mass production issues

- Support buildup of domain expertise within the existing team

- Implements HMCL's engine design process and methodology

- Ensure in time completion of all design tasks

- Collaborate/integrate with all related departments and partners

- Focus on innovation

- Close cooperation with manufacturing

- Assessment and guidance to supplier base

- Detail discussions with the team giving strong technical knowhow

- Design and Development of all the engine structural parts in responsibility and related issues

- Meeting with his counterparts to discuss design, product specification, timing, quality and cost beginning from the pre development phase up to EOP

- Exposure team to advance engine core technical workshops, lectures and training.

- Patents awareness

- Triggering new ideas of improvement, Cost reduction and development of the structural parts in engine design and development and engine related issues

- Support to Skill team lead and HOS meeting approved cycle planSupports and feedback to Skill Team Lead and HOS

Communication, transparency, conflict description and countermeasures discussed in CFT Involving and updating higher authorities.
