Research & Development Role - LED Lightning (6-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Experience in the Development of LED Lighting products. Designing new lighting products for indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in standards pertaining to LED lighting.
- Working on designing of PCB Layout for led and drivers
- Experience in LED Power supply design.
- Experience in guiding the mechanical team for luminaire design.
- Testing and validation experience. Should be well versed with using various types of equipment used in testing.
- Documentation related to development.
- Launching of new products in the market after all testing
- Making technical Specifications of complete Products.
- Zero rejection of products from the market.
- New Product identification, specs finalization, and development.
- To do the cost analysis of the existing range of products & new products.
- To design & develop LED Lighting products from concept to final finished product
Essentials :
- Good command over written and spoken English.
- Active personality is plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to coordinate with junior and senior levels of management.
- Responsible and reliable
