Prof. Qualification :
- B.E./B.Tech.(Chemical Engineering)
- M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Work Experience:- 5-10 years experience in Resin Manufacturing
Age : 28-35 years
KRA's :
- Will have to independently handle Resin Plant of the Unit.
- Should have hands on experience in implementation of 5'S'/ Kaizens/ Other improvement tools.
- Should be able to handle ETP thereby ensuring its Smooth Operation & Maintenance as well as Compliance as per local PCB Norms
- Will have to handle safety of Resin Plant.
