JOB DUTIES:

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- To assist in delivering a range of projects relating to Buildings projects.

- Knowledge of multidisciplinary projects to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standards.

- Develop project deliverables, particularly drawings and reports in accordance with client scope, budget, and quality requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

RESPONSIBILITES:

Structural BIM modeler who should be able to produce drawings and BIM model.

- To integrate outcomes and link information delivery with design delivery.

- Works with BIM manager to help facilitate set up and delivery of Programmed in accordance with BEP.

- Manages the information exchange protocols, focusing on interoperability, Programme, QA, frequency, purpose of exchange.

- Works with the project team to embed the ethos of BIM delivery.

- Brings to life the interdependencies of information in design delivery and embodies the contractual deliverables through a structured Master Information Delivery Plan

- Enforce the Project BIM standards for all disciplines and put in place suitable QAQC governance.

- Work with the document control and design team to ensure delivery of the information requirements is in line with BEP

- Should be well versed with Revit MEP & AutoCAD and able to mentor team.

REQUIREMENTS AND ATRRIBUTES:

- Knowledge of multidisciplinary and multiregional project to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standard.

- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings & specifications.

- Ability to work using Engineers calculations and design in producing drawings / 3D modelling.

- Knowledge of Building design processes working within a multiple discipline engineering environment.

- Identify, interpret, and apply required industry/ client/ internal CAD/BIM standards. To ensure that our finish.

- Work independently and take proactive initiative.

- Self-motivated development.

- Competent to check the work.

- Able to present / represent their technical work.

- Working knowledge of standard codes and EDMS (Electronic Data Management System).

- Shows flexibility in work tasks and locations.

- Responsible for completion of specifically assigned tasks to time and cost.
