Revit MEP Modeler

Position Name : Revit MEP Modeler.

Experience : 1 to 5 yrs

Technical Expertise : REVIT

Qualification : Diploma/ B.E/B. tech ; Mechanical.

- Reviews mark ups and redlines project drawings

- Maintains a thorough understanding of project workload and rebalances work as needed

- Oversees the process of project drawing creating through all phases, schematic design, design development, construction documents, submittals, from beginning to end and as needed per project

- Produces accurate 2D drawings, 3D modeling initiatives and projects

- Reviews project files for compliance with standards

- Coordinates modeling/drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines

- Recommended minimum of four (4) years of relevant project work experience

- Intermediate level experience working with AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit

- Strong understanding of the VDC/CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures

- Experience within building services environment

- Preparing design drawings, Communication skills, Revit troubleshooting.

- Managing small, medium and large-scale BIM Models for MEPF using Revit

- Creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.

- Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire Protection, Services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.

- Should possess experience working in various BIM Discipline

- Performing Clash Analysis within services, for all other services & solving the clashes if any.

- Generating Sections Schedules Schematics in models.

- Concept design and shop drawing preparation.

- Liaise with Lead Engineers of other disciplines and coordinate work with them.

- Content Creation: Create various Parametric and Custom Families.

- Should be aware of 3D Mechanical systems generally adopted in Commercial, Residential and Mixed-use complex etc.

- Should be well versed with Revit MEP 3D modeling

- Construct prototypes and confirm
