Job Title: REVIT Software - MEP Modeler/Architect (BIM)

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time Experience: atleast 3 - 5+ Years in REVIT - MEP Project and Experience with other engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Strong understanding of structural engineering & Deign principles and theories & Anlysis

We are seeking an experienced REVIT (Software) - MEP Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have minimum of 3 - 5+ Years of expertise in REVIT - MEP Project, with a focus on industrial and commercial building projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection Services from LOD 200 to LOD 500

- Creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.

- Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire Protection, Services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.

- Should possess experience working in various BIM Discipline

- Clash coordination in Navisworks: Performing Clash Analysis within services, for all other services & solving the clashes if any.

- Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.

- Generating Sections, Schedules, Schematics in models.

- Hands-on experience on creating Fabrication Drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing etc.

- Understanding in Contract Drawings Inputs and BIM 360 will be an added advantage.

- Ensuring established deadlines are met with accuracy.

- Facilitate problem solving with fellow team members and client facing team.

Qualifications:

- BE/B-Tech (Mech), Diploma (Mech), ITI Draftsman

- Proficiency in Staad Pro software for structural analysis and design.

- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and theories.

- Experience with other engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit

- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines.
