RF Production Leader - Soldering (7-12 yrs)
Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Production Leader with expertise in RF cable assembly, Fiber Optics, Cable Harnesses, Soldering, and Electronics troubleshooting.
- This role is ideal for someone passionate about RF industry and leadership, eager to contribute to mission-critical projects, and ready to grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end Production planning, from procurement to dispatch.
- Take full ownership of material delivery timelines while managing the production team.
- Review, interpret, and verify Engineering drawings to ensure precise assembly.
- Collaborate with compliance, procurement, stores, and operations teams to ensure timely material delivery.
Qualifications:
- Min 7 years of Soldering experience (experience in cable harness or RF industry is a plus).
- ISRO-PAX-300 Certification (Mandatory).
- Proven experience managing a Production line and leading a team of at least 4 individuals.
- Strong ability to oversee the entire Production process independently.
- Technical Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
