Richi Circuitronix - Quotation Engineer - Technical Support (4-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support in reviewing shipping documents such as PPAP, CoC and inspection reports, ensure correct information is sent to the customer
- Review, audit and summarize customer specification
- Technical assessment, auditing and summarizing of technical information necessary for quotation.
- Provide pre and post sales technical support to internal customers
- Provide on time and accurate responses on email inquiries.
- Global coordination and assistance on issue resolution and support request through effective communication with various departments (factory, sales & purchasing).
- Artwork review, comparison and basic Gerber file modification as needed
- Design for manufacturability review.
- Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
