About the role :

- Ripik.ai has distinctive AI-ML products such as Ripik Vision (Proprietary computer vision platform) and Ripik Optimus (Proprietary factory floor scheduling platform) that are deployed today in more than 20 largest enterprises of India.

- We are looking for resident customer success people who will drive the deployments of these products and ensure user happiness. The day to day responsibilities will include:

- Be the interface between the product/engineering team and the product users

- Understand user pain points/ barriers to adoption and solve for them in coordination with the product/engineering team

- Interface with senior and middle level users/ clients to gather feedback, build into roadmap and drive user happiness

- Identify new use cases/application for products

- Be the face of Ripik on ground and be known for high intellect, work ethic and empathy

- The job will require extensive travel/ presence in onsite situations. As Ripik, we will ensure that living conditions are safe and comfortable.

- The career path will flow into a potential product manager role or business lead role.

Required Skills & Experience :

- B.Tech from Tier 1 college in fields of Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial engineering + 2-3 years of work experience in large industrial houses in India (such as ABG, Tata, Vedanta, Jindal, ITC and others)

- Exposure to factory floor operations and experience of leading teams and dealing with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and ability to present to customers remotely or on-site.

- High IQ, strong work ethic and high degree of empathy. In short, we are looking for people who will be CEOs within the next few decades.
