Risk Engineer - FMCG (12-20 yrs)

We are recruiting a Risk Engineer for the Mfg unit in Viramgam (near Ahmedabad).
As a Risk Engineer, you will be assigned the perform the following task :
Estimation :
- Preparing overall budget statement of the project and managing submission to the Management on the basis of Conceptual Design.
- Defining the scope of work.
- Analysis of cost & benefit.
Design and Basic Engineering :
- Preparing process flow diagrams.
- Preparing equipment List.
- Utility Load Calculations.
- Equipment Sizing.
Detailed Engineering :
- Preparing P & I Diagrams, Utility Line Diagrams.
- Preparing equipment Layout for process equipments, utility equipments and making overall plot plan.
- Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with end users.
- Procurement of Capital and other equipments - Floating enquiries, evaluating offers, tech-commercial negotiations, finalization and awarding orders and contrats for equipments/services.
Planning & Project Management :
- Planning of projects as per Clients/Company/Project needs.
- Project scheduling including material & manpower planning.
- Co-ordination with Consultants and Third party Inspection Engineers.
- Co-odination with Purchase department for smooth functioning of all procurement activities.
- Co-ordinating project review meetings for tracking project progress.
- Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
- Preparation of general and commercial terms and conditions of the contracts.
- Monitoring the requirements of the project site & keeping coordination with Site Management team
Project Execution :
- Organizing the materials required for execution of projects on timely basis and to ensure that materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
- Handling execution of the job which includes monitoring of the progress of the various activities, Day to Day supervision of the services, contractors in ensuring the compliance of the terms and conditions of the contract
- Coordinating in various project activities with the consultant and contractors, vendors and internal departments (purchase, accounts, design & process team) and ensuring the optimal use of machinery and material and adherence to the quality and safety norms
- Responsible for testing, commissioning of the system installed as per the requirements.
- Preparing the commissioning and handing over reports, DQ, IQ and As Built Drawings for the system. Assisting Engineering Department and End User Department for completion of OQ and PQ.
