Property Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who can drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operations across our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to optimize resource utilization and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality property management services.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, Manage tenant relationships, including lease negotiations and conflict resolution

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

- Prepare and manage property budgets, Conduct regular property inspections,

- Collect and process rent payments, Maintain accurate financial records, Supervise on-site staff

- Conduct comprehensive audits of current resource allocation and identify areas of waste, develop and implement strategies for cost reduction without compromising service quality

- Oversee high-side electrical systems, including maintenance and upgrades, Manage Diesel Generators (DG) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) operations

- Supervise chiller systems for optimal performance and energy efficiency. Direct housekeeping teams to maintain property cleanliness and presentation

- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant issue resolution, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, Bridge facility management and property management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

- BE/Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

- 7-10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on technical systems

- Strong background in managing high-side electrical systems, DG, STP, and chillers

- Demonstrated ability to implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource utilization

- Experience in handling tenant relations and conflict resolution, Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools

- Must be based in Bangalore, Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, Strong leadership abilities to manage diverse teams

- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making and willing to join us in a week.
