Qualification Required : B.E Mining/ Civil Engineer Employee's Qualification 

Experience Required : Minimum 10- 15 Years (Road construction and Maintenance in Mining area/ haul road in charge)

Objective: To achieve 3 trips per hour with the lead of 3 Km.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. To prepare and maintain roads, which is favourable for achieving 3 trips per hour with the lead of 3Kms

2. To ensure proper coordination with the hauling team and the road team for better road conditions which will help in achieving 3 trips

3. To coordinate with dumping in charge from phase to dump and identify spots for improvement

4. Maintaining of dumps properly and effectively, feedback from relievers, Identifying unsafe areas & rectifying it with guidance of Shift in charge

5. Visit the HEMM movement area, oversee operations, oversee the road conditions and address immediate concerns

6. To communicate about any grading requirement to shift controllers or any training requirement to grader trainer

7. To communicate loading / Dumping area repairs for better spotting to shift controller

8. To check with Dumper expert operators any particular dumper for loaded haul speed in both flat, upgradient and down gradient roads

9. To check with Dumper expert operators any particular dumper for empty haul speed in both flat, upgradient and down gradient roads

10. To communicate any specific dumper maintenance related issues causing low performance of operator and be in regular coordination with the tyre section Head improvement in road conditions

11. Promptly reporting any accidents, injuries, or mechanical faults to management and or the appropriate authority

12. Complying with all safety rules and regulations
