We are looking for an experienced Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer to design, build, and test robotic solutions. The role involves hands-on work on-site, assembling and troubleshooting mechanical systems, and contributing to the development of prototypes and MVPs. The candidate will also play a key role in forming and leading a technical team, delivering solutions, and reporting progress

Position: Robotics Systems Engineer

Experience: 4- 7 years

Location: On-site in Saudi Arabia to management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design robotic systems and contribute to building and testing functional prototypes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

- Create detailed plans and technical documentation to guide the development process.

- Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical systems on-site.

- Identify and resolve technical issues swiftly, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Work closely with the team to optimize system performance.

- Form and manage a technical team, fostering collaboration and maintaining high productivity.

- Lead by example with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.

- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

- Plan weekly activities and align them with project goals.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.

- Prepare detailed progress reports for management and stakeholders.

- Build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prototypes directly in the field.

- Ensure solutions are practical and meet on-site requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

- 4- 7 years of experience in mechanical design and machine building.

- Proven leadership experience in managing small teams.

- Proficiency in CAD or equivalent tools.

- Hands-on experience in mechanical system assembly and troubleshooting.

- Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia.
