2. Thorough knowledge of TMT quality aspect and Production

3. Well conversant with international quality standards, and specifications and common procedures of ROLLING MILL

4. Should have worked in ROLLING MILL AS shift In charge in minimum 5 Years

5. Optimization of TMT PRODCUTION & MINIMIZE WASTAGE

6. Should be conversant with maintenance practices followed in ROLLING MILL and guide maintenance team on ground

7. Self-starter / motivated, should be able to lead the team with initiatives and comply with Management policies

8. Overseas exposure desired

Responsibilities :

9. Over all Shift Responsibility of ROLING MILL operation and maintenance

10. Knowledge in different Size of TMT manufacturing

11. Planning Rolls, Consumables, maintenance activities required for smooth and uninterrupted operations

12. Experience with Minimum 10 Years as In Charge Level in ROLLING MILL TMT Manufacturing and Operation

13. Knowledge in providing maximum production with BUDGETED wastage

14. Follow organizations Budgeted norms and unit consumptions

15. Knowledge in Maintenance of ROLLING MILL

16. Knowledge in Quality Aspect of whole Product, Like D8, D10, D12 & D16

17. Control manpower guide and train local staff.
