Education :- B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical)

Industry Preference :- Steel, Industrial Product & Heavy Machinery, Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning.

Job Description :-

MANAGEMENT:-

1. Analysing team work & improving work or replacement of team members.

2. Discussion problem with higher management time to time related to dept.

3. Keeping an eye on all dept for performance, quality etc.

4. Planning & involvement in factory/ office shifting time to time.

5. Involvement in admin setup in factory.

6. Upgrading & increments of team.

7. Involvement in any new invention or ideas with higher management (like machines etc.)

PRODUCTION:-

1. Planning of project & giving deadlines to management & client.

2. Coordinating with team for any urgency of projects & help them

3. Helping team time to while in production, quality check.

4. Managing inspection with client.

5. Coordinating with client till material finally dispatch at site.

6. Checking time to time process is following at production level like material QC, fabrication process QC, finish QC & quantity QC etc.

7. Continuous progress in quality improvement in dept with team help.

8. Checking packing list randomly.

QUALITY:-

1. Manage to follow the process of incoming to outgoing project QC.

2. Checking & signing the inspection report.

3. Checking reason of material rejection.

4. Randomly checking material & doing QC myself.

5. Involvement with team in export order.

6. Helping team & give approval if they want to use any their specification material in project not mentioned in BOM.

7. Giving guidance time to time required.

STORE:-

1. Informing them the urgency of material to purchase.

2. Involvement in setup of store & management.

3. Giving decision of using old stock material to use in new projects.

4. Taking decision of scrap disposal.

DESIGN:-

1. Give schedule to them for work.

2. Checking process that 2-3 level checking is done or not.

3. Involvement in third party design if any.

4. Working on standardising of design.

DISPATCHES:-

1. Giving schedule for dispatch after getting payment.

2. Packing of material checking.

3. Quantity should be complete in all dispatches.

4. If project is big schedule of lots given to team.

5. Approval of transportation.

6. Making sure team send information of dispatch to client.

7. Involvement in export packing.

8. Approve them extra material to send in bigger project.

ADMIN & MAINTENANCE:-

1. Approving all cash purchases like diesel, tools etc in factory.

2. Approving printers, stationary & systems for team or new purchases.

3. Solving all grievances of admin.

4. Machines maintenance to be taken care like bending, sharing, curving, drills etc.

5. Making new dies & machines required.

6. Taking care of all contractor & labour teams.

ACCOUNTS:-

1. Clearing of all purchase bills

2. Clearing of all admin, field boys & team conveyance bills.

3. Request for payments of vendors who follows directly or if hold material coz of payments.

4. Payment collection when required.

PROJECTS :

1. Approval of extra material at site while erection.

2. Involvement in services & damages at site.

3. Taking feedback after erection at site from erection team.

4. Involvement while erection of few projects where client is directly involved.
