Rostfrei Steels - Project Manager/Head - Manufacturing Industry (5-15 yrs)
- Rostfrei Steels is a headmost manufacturer & supplier for Storage Tanks, Storage Silos & Material Handling Equipments. Our corporate office is in Okhla, New Delhi.
Our manufacturing units is in Greater Noida.
Work Location - Okhla, New Delhi
Education - B.Tech in Mechanical
- The Project Manager manages all projects of Rostfrei Steels Pvt Ltd.
- Project management responsibilities include coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of projects.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
2. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
3. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
4. Ensure to conduct in-house Trials and risk management before project dispatch to minimize project risks
5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
6. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
7. Delegate project tasks based on engineers individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
8. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
9. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
10. Report and escalate to management as needed
11. Perform other related duties as assigned
Note : Person should have experienced in handling multiple projects.
