Sr.Manager to AGM - Safety EHS -Hyderabad Location (Pharma Company)

Qualification : Any Engineering + RLI/CLI/SBTET

Years of Experience : 15 to 20 Years

Salary range : Open

Note: Having Dupont safety system Experience is Added Advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential hazards, prioritize and highlight the same based on risk potential and monitor implementation of corrective actions when necessary to mitigate the risks.

- Identify safety training needs, create a training plan and Calendar, execute the training using internal and external faculties

- Evaluate the training results and take corrective actions if required to create safety awareness in plant

- Identify potential health hazards (Dust Exposure), evaluate the risk profile of the hazard.

- Develop prevention programs post analysis with Corporate SHE when required

- Monitor implementation of actions based on recommendations to maintain Industrial hygiene levels as per specified limits

- Facilitate SHE audits and implement corrective actions based on observations to have minimum observations

- Communicate and implement SHE policies and statutory requirements across plant.

- Identify NCs if any, provide recommendations and monitor implementation of corrective actions

- Circulate new policies, provide trainings and conduct/facilitate workshops on compliance needs to ensure minimum non-compliances.
