Purpose of the Role -

- To work as EHS manager to ensure all statutory requirements related to EHS.

- Independently carry out hazard identification, Safety inspection

- To ensure Zero accident

Key Responsibility -

- Responsible to EHS implementation at Kirloskarvadi

- Prepare HSE guideline for all activities

- Prepare training plan Conduct safety training at Site

- Work for near miss reporting, Accident investigation / analysis. Maintaining records, reporting, Carrying root cause analysis and put CAPA at place

- Coordinating statutory inspection of lifting equipments, pressure vessels etc.

- Safety MIS, analysis & actions.

- Organise health check-up of the employees.

- Organise Safety committee and department safety meetings.

- Managing companies approach to continual Improvement and provide HSE performances to the top management

- Responsible for verification of implementation of HSE management system including BBS

Key Skills: Designation - Manager / Associate Manager (EHS)

Education Criteria - Engineering Graduate / Diploma in engineering with Advance diploma in industrial Safety
