The Job:
Our client is a manpower outsourcing company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company seems to focus on providing comprehensive manpower outsourcing solutions and recruitment services across various sectors in India.
Job Responsibility:
- Handling complete sales activities, RFQ (Quotation Request), Meeting Negotiations etc.
- Able to perform as a team and achieve assign team targets.
- Ability to work as a team & motivate team member.
- Should have sound market knowledge including developers and architects/consultants in the given territory.
- Develop contacts and establish relationship with all decision makers in the customers office.
- Ensure the Generation of enquiries.
- Regular meeting with new clients/architect/consultant.
- Ensure the preparation of offers and other sales documents.
- Ensure the preparation of reports as per requirements.
- Involve in Pre & Post sales activities.
- Securing order and handling post order management.
- Ensure to complete all the work given by reporting manager.
Ideal Candidate:
Key Skills:
- Must have experience of elevators sales & negotiations.
- Must have knowledge of customer handling & satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of drawing (AUTO CAD).
- Must have good MS excel & PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and efficient spokesperson.
