Senior Architect - Real Estate (4-15 yrs)
ROLE: Senior Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 8-10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring all technical requirements, budgetary constraints, and client needs are met.
- Develop innovative and functional design solutions, applying strong Design Thinking principles to problem-solving.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants and contracting teams to ensure project success.
- Create high-quality construction documents, including Working Drawings and Detailed Drawings.
- Prepare compelling presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 8-10 years of experience in a leading architectural design firm
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful leadership of complex architectural projects
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred) and SketchUp
