Senior Architect - Real Estate (9-15 yrs)
We are looking for candidates who are ready to in retail industry mainly into commercial business vertical.
- Candidates from Real Estate ( Residential & any commercial back ground is ok)
- Basic function would be Monitoring and Tracking of Plan sanctions, CC applications.
- Coordination with Design team/Landlords and respective BD persons.
- Expedite/push plan sanction/CC process.
- Submit Monthly report to Management.
- Language proficiency is a must.
- Experience in making BMC drawings, liaisoning etc.
- Experience in coordinating with Authorities and clients
- Proficient in reading and understanding drawings
- Experience in preparing detailed drawings is not mandatory
