We have an Urgent opening for "SR. Architect" with an leading well know company.
Qulification ; Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Location ; Pune
Exp ; 4 to 10 yrs
Job Profile:-
- Looking for residential/commercial project Studding the Drawings and Commenting on it Co- ordination with Consultants For Drawings, Checking, Execution through Project Manager on Site.
1) Hands on experience in Auto Cad, good attention to detail, good communication skills and must be able to work independently.
2) Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
3) Strong organizational skills.
4) Responsible for the overall development and implementation of a specific architectural project assignment.
5) Coordinate with the work team, consult with clients, draw designs, and propose budgets for same.
6) Create designs to meet client specifications, create and propose budget and time estimations, and act as an intermediary between the client and the architect team.
7) Assist in new concept developments and design proposals.
8) Prepare floor plans & elevations and renderings to support design solution.
9) Creative implementation of new ideas, materials and processes.
10) Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact work schedule and cost.
