Senior Associate - Interior Designer (10-15 yrs)
Job description :
- Candidate must have experience of 10 to 15 years into Interior Designing of Corporate/ IT Offices.
- Candidate should be Bachelor of Architecture/Bachelor of Interior design.
- Candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating with all Sub-consultants like MEP, Lighting design, Kitchen design, AV & Acoustics etc.,
- Candidate will be Single Point of Contact for all design deliverables.
- Candidate will be responsible for creation of look and feel for the projects.
- Candidate shall handle Client Facing & Client Interaction.
- Candidate will be leading the Junior Interior Designers,3D Visualizers and drafting team.
- Candidate should have expertise in Detailing, making bill of quantities.
- Candidate must have handled Project size of 1,00,000sq.ft. and above.
- Candidate should exhibit Full project Life cycle experience for at least 3 successfully completed projects in his/her CV.
- Salary depends upon the last withdrawn CTC.
