Senior Design Engineer - Biomedical Engineering (4-5 yrs)
Job Title : Senior Design Engineer
Reporting to : Director, Operations
Main responsibilities Responsible for :
- Design of bio-medical Engineering products (special focus on dental implants) and related tools.
- New product development using 3D modelling and CAD tools
- Verification and validation of design
- Development of design staying in line with ISO 13485 principles
- Support in process development
- Design of equipment and tools for the processes
- Improving manufacturing robustness through design for quality
- Documentation of design process and Engineering change management
General requirements :
- Coordinating and working with stakeholders such as Dentists, partners, product development teams etc.
- Experience in designing implantable products such as dental implants, orthopaedic implants and related surgical instruments preferred.
Candidate requirements :
- Self-starter
- Very good familiarity with dental industry. Experience with prosthetic implantation is a plus
- Team player
- Strong Leadership capabilities
- Good cross functional engagement skills
- Good communication skills - written as well as spoken
- Commitment and drive to be - Best in class-
- Good problem-solving abilities so as to improve services or products
- Exposure in AutoCAD, Pro E Software and FEA Software,
- Exposure in New Process Development project
Qualifications : M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization (Preferred Mechanical ) with about 5 years of industry experience
