Key Responsibility :
As a Senior Design Engineer / Design Engineer - Responsible for Gear design and Power transmission line design engineer. Design engineer with solid expertise in Gear design, gear standards (ISO/AGMA/DIN), Gear Calculation, KISSSOFT and KISSSYS. Capable of translating the technical output results of ROMAX and any other software results, taking independent decision for strengthening of gear and gear box design.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree (Mechanical) with 3-5 years of experience in Gear design engineering, Design, Drafting and CAD
2. Knowledge of gear design, Gear profile optimization and gear tribology.
3. Expert in Gear standards ISO / DIN / AGMA etc.
4. should have knowledge of gear and gearbox Design, Manufacturing and testing methodology.
5. He should be capable of performing calculation and gearbox simulation at system level in KISSSOFT and KISSSYS.
6. Knowledge of gear manufacturing process like Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping, Milling, Gear grinding etc.
7. Knowledge of heat treatment process for gears, selection of material for gears, shafts and selection of bearings, seals, etc.
8. Experience in CAD tools ProE Creo, Auto CAD, PLM- Teamcenter
9. Knowledge on Bill of Material- EBOM, MBOM, SBOM
10. Knowledge on Design for Assembly and Manufacturing, Design for Cost, Design for Reliability, Design for Safety
11. Supplier Feasibility study Discussion, PPAP Discussion, Drawing Approval
