Job Description :

- Should have sound knowledge on Design of Electrical system as per NBC and Indian relevant Codes.

- Preparation of Concept drawings based on Client requirement, site conditions and local building regulations and obtaining approval from authorities.

- Designing the Electrical layouts such as lights, small power, cable routing, and substation design for commercial, residential, office building, IT parks, high rise building etc.

- Engineering system for all the system voltages, earthing, & lightning designs, lighting designs

- Detailed preparation of specifications, estimations, tender and detailed drawings.

- Understand the basic Electrical system design as per LEED / GRIHA / customer requirements,

- Preparation of Engineering documents like Cable schedule, Voltage drop & Short circuit calculations, Load estimation, Transformer & DG set sizing calculations, Earthing & Lightning protection calculations, Lighting and power calculations, Design Basis Report, quantity variation statements as per standardization.

- Design of detailed Engineering drawings like SLD, Protection Schemes, and Layout drawings for Substations.

- Preparation of technical specifications for supply and erection of above equipments.

- Review engineering documents for Electrical systems, quantity variation statements as per standards.

- Cable engineering package, which includes cable tray layout, cable routing, preparation of BOQ, Comparative Statements, Cable Schedule etc.

- Conduct frequent review meeting to evaluate the progress and performance to reduce the chance of overlooking things.

- Mentoring and monitoring the works of subordinates.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications : Candidate should have worked with services consultant and experience in Indian projects & Middle east project.

Educational Qualification : B.E (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical with 1st class marks
