OBJECTIVE

- To increase the up time of machines & reduce the energy & maintenance cost.

- Implement the development work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) The daily report maintains and sends to manager and plant head.

2) The data entry related to energy consumption Reportmaintain.(Both GEB& DG)

3) The daily energy consumption (GEB & DG) P.F, U.F, M.D, Power Fail, Power trip, Diesel consumption and all reports send to manager & plant head every month.

4) Attend the breakdown work.

5) Analyze the breakdown and corrective action.

6) Troubleshoots plant electrical problems to determine the cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems.

7) Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution start up.

8) Executing energy saving other cost saving measures with suitable modification in process.

9) The project planning of spare parts materials requirements in time.

10) The material indent work

11) The every material stock maintain in sequently.

12) The Spare motors, Drive, Sensors stock maintains.

13) The RGP Making work and follow up properly.

14) How is reduce break down time and implement the development work.

15) To implement daily work schedule.

16) The every week arrange the internal dept meeting discuss with preventive maintenance work, breakdown maintenance work and safety level.

17) The housekeeping work maintain daily.
