Qualification: Master- s/Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics and communication engineering, telecommunications engineering or equivalent.

Job Description:
- Create and manage project plan through the entire product life cycle development.
- Follow up with peers, subordinates and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely deadlines are met.
- Participate in the full development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance.
- Provides task estimates for the feature portion of a project development plan.
- Develop FMEA, Risk assessment for product functions.
- Create, analyze, read and understand technical requirements written by others to determine the best technical solution for complex problems or projects of difficult scope.
- Provide technical support to marketing, manufacturing, quality and supply management organizations.
- Lead in resolution of product based difficult technical issues whether within the company or with outside suppliers.
- Responsible for the literature survey & research, design, algorithm development and hardware development for avionics systems in the context of unmanned air vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new applications.
- Project documentation related to the handled tasks and project to meet process requirements.
- Lead a team to efficiently get projects completed in the defined timelines.
- Must be able to communicate complex concepts to other team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Architectural concepts for Hardware/Firmware Platform for Battery design, Chargers, Motor drivers and other Power Electronics sub-systems
- Participation in defining the system design
- Responsible for product implementation and evaluation concepts
- Leading the Team on designing and delivering various Electronics products
- Contributing Specialist Knowledge in multiple Electronic fields, such as Signal Processing, Analog, Digital, Power Electronics, Embedded Software, EMI, etc.,
- Defining Document templates for various stages of development (design, requirements, testing, manufacturing, and quality)
- Documenting specifications, concepts, designs in the product architecture
- Defining Product features/requirements, Software modules, etc., based on the product
- Ensure all safety critical aspects are identified while development of the product.
- Supporting the estimation process for new projects, features or changes.
- Supervising and reviewing the critical development work products of the developers.
Skills & Qualification :
- 8+ years- experience in the field of Power electronics.
- Experience in Motor Control development (Stepper, Actuators, DC, BLDC, etc.)
- Well versed with various types of battery chemistries and charging algorithms.
- Strong interest in exercising products beyond their normal operation.
- Self-directed, creative, organized, motivated individual with great problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute in a cross-disciplinary team.
- Specialized skills in implementation of communication protocols, developing interrupt driven firmware, implementation of device drivers, System Integration etc. required for integrated systems.
- Proficient in building up, implementing innovative firmware and debugging the firmware issue using latest tools through rich experience in Embedded C.
- Experience in Hardware Designing for monitoring and control applications for various sub-systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink or any equivalent model-based development tool is good to have not mandatory
- Sound knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, microprocessors, systems design, signal processing, filter designs, target board support package, communication buses
- Strong knowledge on mathematical formulations and analytical assessments
- Conversant with research methodology, design-of-experience approaches in solving problems of diverse scope.
- Understanding of application testing methodologies.
