Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Asset Management (2-5 yrs)
Role Objective:
- To govern BoP assets (wind & solar) countrywide within the framework of technical, quality, safety, health and environment standards.for eg, BoP assets for Wind would be unit substation, protection equipment, switch-gear, etc
- To ensure compliance to O&M Contracts, Statutory regulations.
Principal Accountabilities:
- To plan resources countrywide for all the BoP assets so as to derive optimum productivity out of the assets under operation.
- To carryout asset performance analysis & meet the departmental objective.
- Statutory compliances to various state regulatory.
- Technical Audits of the assets under operation & improve its health score by qualitative compliances.
- To plan and provide resource for the substation operations of own developments.
- BoP O&M Contract finalisation & periodical review.
- E-BoP Asset due diligence for new project acquisition
- Identifying & Risk mitigation of BoP assets.
Candidate Skills:
- B.E/ B. Tech (Electrical) or (Electrical & Electronics)
- Only Female Candidates
- Minimum 2-5 Years- relevant experience from a Solar or Wind Company would be desired
- Key skillsets -
1. Technical understanding of the equipments used in Power evacuation system (Unit sub-station, Pooling sub-station and Grid sub-station)
2. Technical understanding of protection equipments (Know-how of switchgear protection logic)
3. Technical Analysis/ Due diligence for procurement of equipments
4. Knowledge of the quality standards
5. Understanding of other OEMs (like Suzlon, Inox, etc.)
6. Transmission network and grid parameters
7. Understanding of Indian Electricity Rules and statutory requirements related to grid
8. Testing & Commissioning
9. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance; Conditional Monitoring
10. Sub-station Automation SCADA (SAS)
