Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and Development & Selection of Chassis & Body Electrical aggregates.
- Strong knowledge on EV Vehicle & Bus Electrical System with Integration of Bus Body Electrical Designs for Parts assembly sequence
- Good knowledge of EV Buses and Powertrain components like batteries, Motor, Controller etc.
- Complete planning of vehicle Component Level & Vehicle Level certification activities for Electrical Components for EV Chassis and Buses
- Design and development of following system to meet AIS & IS requirements
- APQP meeting with suppliers and CFT.
- Manufacturing build support from Mule to Saleable
- Support in testing of the Electrical parts at supplier or in-house or at external agencies for Validation and testing Purposes.
- Participate at Supplier PPAP activities
- Proactive interaction with Vendor and system Leads
- Knowledge on Bus related AIS & Other Legal requirements
- Coordination with internal and external teams to obtain the certification approvals within timelines
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education Qualification : BE/ B.Tech, Certification or PG in SCM is an advantage
Experience : 5 years - 7 years in HV Components for Chassis and Bus Industry
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Knowledge of the chassis HV Electrical aggregates design and development inclusive of the manufacturing process
- Expert in resolving the Chassis Aggregate design issues on-time and Quick First level analysis and in-depth root causing capabilities.
- Exposure to Cross-functional and multi-cultural working environment.
- Good Team Player and comfortable to work in Plant environment
