Designation: Sr.Engineer Electrical Design \ Assistant Manager \ Deputy Manager. (Designation will be based on Knowledge & Experience)
Report to : Head Design & Engineering.
Job Description
1. Selection of electrical Components.
2. Solution conceptualization, preparation of drawings and Bill of Materials.
3. PLC, Control PanelDesign for Sand plant& equipment for Green sand foundry.
4. PLC, Control PanelDesign forMould handling line for automatic green sand moulding machine.
5. PLC, Control Panel& Operator Panel Design of shot blasting machine.
6. Redesign of Machines to suit Indian Market.
7. Troubleshooting of Machines.
8. Lead a team of Engineers.
Key Skills
1. PLC Programming. Preferably Mitsubishi.
2. SCADA.
3. EPLAN
4. HMI
5. AutoCAD 2014.
Requirements
1. Selection of ElectricalComponents.
2. PLC Programming, Electrical Panel & Operator Panel Design.
3. HMI Programming
4. Trouble shootings of PLC program & Electrical Panel.
5. Preparing Electrical BOM.
6. Candidates with foundry knowledge will be preferred.
Education & Experience.
BE ( Electrical Engineering\ Instrumentation\ Electronics & Communication Engineering ) with 6 to 10 years of experience in Electrical Design
