Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager/Manager - Solar Division (4-8 yrs)
Key Deliverables of this role :
1. Responsible for regular monitoring and inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of solar panels
2. Periodically review the output and availability and oversee smooth operations of the plant
3. Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans
4. Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance
5. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual generation performance and comparison reports.
6. Ensure security and upkeep of the installations (including washing of the modules) at the plant
Must have- functional competencies :
- People with prior experience in dealing with state electricity boards / power utilities shall be preferred.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in the construction and/or O&M of solar energy projects
- Experience overseeing utility-scale solar projects of min. 2MW
- Keen ability to solve problems that are both technical and practical in nature
- Proficiency with industry-related software
Critical personality attributes :
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English. Detail orientation, ability to plan ahead.

- The positions reports into - Head of Department

Qualification : B. Tech./ Diploma - Electrical
Experience : 4 - 8 years of experience in the construction and/or O&M of solar energy projects
