We have urgent opening for the position Sr. Engineer/Asst.Manager QA Accessories in leading MNC manufacturing company

Qualification - Diploma/BE (Mechanical)

Job Description :
- Review of customer specifications received along with the Purchase order
- Prepare ITP and test procedures considering the national and international standards
- Attend Pre-inspection meeting (PIM) with customer and conduct PIM meeting with supplier
- Sales support (spec review, Spec. Wizard, tender ITP preparation)
- Review of vessel, cooler, drawings and technical specifications of safety valves etc.
- Review and approval of sub vendors QAP& test procedures for bought out items.
- Review and approval of WPS, PQR.
- Stage and final Inspection of vessels, coolers, consoles, piping material &castings, pumps, valves at sub vendors works as per the approved ITP and test procedures along with the customer representative and TPI.
- Review of material test certificates of raw material.
- Stage & Final Inspection of piping fabrication and maintain the records.
- Inspection of assembled compressor package for dimensional, visual as per P&ID, GA & Foundation.
- Functional test of control valves, pumps, consoles.
- Get inspection release/clearance from the customer representative/ TPI after complete inspection
- Prepare quality dossier as per customer requirement and submit to projects.
- Supplier audits and quality improvement.
- RCA and actions on NCR
