Job Summary :

- To look after overall performance of the work allotted by Project Manager.

- To ensure the completion schedule of work assigned as per bar chart prepared for that activity in consultation with the Project manager.

- To ensure that the work is being executed as per quality and safety norms set by the company and described by the project manager.

- Finalizing layout, Bar bending schedule, Checking of shuttering and reinforcement, preparation of measurement sheets on daily basis.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1) The Position is responsible for reading of drawings issued, estimation of quantity and time required for completion of that specific structure.

2) The Position is responsible for preparation of the micro planning for completion of the each and every structure assigned.

3) The Position is responsible for finalizing of layout at site and making of protocol thereof.

4) The Position is responsible for planning and schedule of actual execution of the activity in consultation with Project manager.

5) The Position is responsible for correctness of the excavation depth and making protocol for strata classification with the client.

6) The Position is responsible for maintaining quality of work specifically during checking of shuttering, staging and concrete pouring.

7) The Position is responsible for all safety measures to be taken at site during execution of work.

8) The Position is supposed to take care of T & P deployed in consultation with Maintenance Engineer

9) The Position is responsible for joint checking of structure and getting signature of client's representative on the protocol before commencement of the concreting.

10) The Position is responsible for preparation of weekly bills for labour contractor.

11) The Position should ensure that the resources such as T & P, material and manpower deployed are being utilized in a planned manner.

12) The Position is responsible for assessment of the required resources for the next day and to report the same to Project Manager on daily basis.

13) The Position is responsible for finalizing and recording of measurement of the work done on daily basis and hand over of the same to the Billing Engineer.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : 5 years plus experience in Civil Engineering
