Job description:

- Create and modify control logic to optimize performance and reliability of the assembly equipments

- Write, test, and debug PLC programs using languages like Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.

- Develop HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.

- Create and modify control logic based on project requirements.

- Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, motors, and communication networks (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in PLCs and associated automation systems.

- Develop and implement control panel designs and wiring diagrams.

- Analys's system failures and implement preventive maintenance measures.

- Ensure that all control systems meet safety and regulatory standards.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, PLC logic descriptions, and system configurations.

- Update PLC software versions and maintain backups.

- Ensure proper change management of control programs.

- Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve automation processes.

- Train operators and maintenance personnel on PLC systems and troubleshooting methods.

- Provide technical support for continuous improvement initiatives.

- Robot teaching and learning

- Maintaining Assembly equipment's KPI's (S, Q, D, C, M)

- Maintaining MTTR and MTBF of all assembly equipment as per the target.

- Maintaining Breakdown % and occurrence of all assembly equipment as per the target.

- Daily breakdown maintenance of all assembly machines.

- Should ensure personal safety and 5S to improve the maintenance work.

Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:

Diploma/BE in electrical and electronics/ Mechatronics engineering from 7 to 10 years.

- Expertise in PLC languages (Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block, Diagram (FBD)).

- Basic knowledge in PLC languages (Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Instruction List (IL)).

- Experience with major PLC brands (Panasonic, Siemens (TIA Portal, STEP 7), Allen- Bradley (RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000), Mitsubishi (GX Works, GX Developer),Schneider Electric, Omron, Beckhoff, etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Designing Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

- Working with software like FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition.

- Understanding and configuring fieldbus & industrial networks (Modbus (RTU/TCP), Ethernet/IP, Profibus, ProfNet, CAN, Device Net, Configuring PLCs to communicate

with sensors, actuators, and other controllers.)

- Reading and designing electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

- Understanding control panels, relays, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and sensors.

- Working with PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control systems.

- Diagnosing faults in PLCs, wiring, and communication networks.

- Using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers for troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of cloud-based automation and Industrial IoT (IIoT).

- Strong logical thinking and ability to debug complex systems.

- Root cause analysis for reducing downtime and improving efficiency.

- Ability to optimize automation processes for better performance.
