Senior Engineer/Proposal Engineer - RFQ (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Receiving and reviewing requests for quotation (RFQs) for the pneumatic product.
- Determining the appropriate technical solution and decide upon suitable product to offer.
- Obtaining cost of material, outsourced product, sub-contract work etc. to prepare quotations.
- Preparing quotations in accordance to the specific requirements, documentation and company policies.
- Assisting in pre-sales/after sales service where necessary to develop and maintain good customer service.
- Assisting sales order administration, conduct contract reviews and assist in project inquiries when required.
- Ideally from proposal /technical pre-sales background with an understanding of pneumatic or hydraulic or automation products. (Circuit/ GA drawing reading)
- Knowledge of product technical specifications.
- Auto-cad and 3D software knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.
