Senior Engineer - QA/QMS (2-8 yrs)
- Should possess Lead auditor certificate of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Qualified API Q1 Internal or Lead auditor is an essential requirement
- Lead auditor ISO 17025 will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of API 6A products, forging, and heat treatment process.
- Experience of implementation and documentation of QMS, EHS, OHSAS, APIQ1.
- Good experience of Internal and supplier audit, API product and maintenance of documentation.
- Experience of preparing CAPA, analysis of customer complaints and implementation of continuous improvement philosophy.
- Application of statistical techniques, Gauge R&R, SPC, PPAP etc.
- Knowledge of preparation and review of QAP, control plan & process flow diagram.
- Experience to impart training of QMS standards, procedures and work instructions etc.
