Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance (4-6 yrs)
Qualification : BE / B Tech / DME - Mechanical
Experience : 4 to 6 Years (Part Quality ( Supplier Part/ Process inspection - Knowledge of special process)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Knowledge of all inspection methods, hands on experience of measurements, especially, Vernier, Micrometer, surface finish, form tester, Farro, trimos, lay out inspection of Machine parts, casting parts, sheet metal parts, gears, shafts, forged parts etc.
2) Drawing reading, Knowledge of GD&T, report writing, Analysis of suppliers reports.
3) Fare knowledge of different manufacturing process/ machines for Supplier parts.
4) Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, TQM, TPM and Quality Systems.
5) Knowledge of activity planning, co-ordination and executions.
6) Fare knowledge of assembly, components, functions of Engine/ Gear box and Vehicle.
7) Fare Knowledge of Problem solving techniques, experience as a team member in problem solving.- CAPA.
8) Knowledge of Critical parameters and Significant Characteristics .
9) Skills like "Communication with External & internal Agencies" ( Inter departmental, Suppliers, Stakeholders)
10) Knowledge of different Quality Standards.
11) Other soft skills related to the Job description.
12) Participation in Kaizen; QCC etc. improvement activities.
