Senior Engineer - Quality Control - Automobile Manufacturing Firm (3-5 yrs)
Position: Senior Engineer - QC
Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Certification: NDT / ASNT Level II certified
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Experience as QC Engineer in an Automobile Manufacturing Company or Transmission Line Hardware Fitting & Accessories Manufacturing Company.
Location: Shahpur, Thane
Salary: As per Industry Norms
Job Profile:
1) Taking care of QA/QC documents of the project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations etc.
2) Checking & inspection as per quality plan.
3) Developing and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
4) Conducting periodic internal quality audits.
5) Attending Third Party Inspections & Third-Party Quality Documentation
6) NABL Quality Documentation
7) Identity and Define measurement of instruments for calibration
